If you are a tenant with a customer number, please use your landlord's location number AND your customer number to register for online access.
If you do not have a customer number, contact your landlord to request that they share their account with you via the customer portal (through the "Share Account" tab on the portal).
If your landlord does not have an online account, they can provide authorisation by completing the "Add a Tenant" section of the Customer Service Request Form and submitting it to our Customer Service Team at info@waterauthority.ky. Landlords are highly encouraged to register for an online account.
