Permitted Downtown refers to the interruption of service during a maintenance period, outage or disruption caused by the Site user, outage attributed in whole or in part to events beyond reasonable control, such as Force majeure Event, failure of public internet or of the Site Users telecommunications and internet service providers. Unscheduled downtime refers to services unavailable to the site users for any reason other than listed previously. Site users will not be entitled to service credit for system downtime.
